Mercy Housing - Impact Reports 2021

This project was hefty, but fun nonetheless! I was assigned with the task of creating both the print and digital Impact Reports for Mercy Housing. At the moment, the digital version is still in the works, but the print versions are on their way to donor's mailboxes.

I used a combination of hand-drawn elements, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign to create these reports. This project lasted about 5-6 months, making it my largest project to date. Although Mercy Housing has a very clean-cut and blocky aesthetic to their brand, they wanted to make this post-COVID report a unique, fresh, and playful one. After all, don't we all crave a little fun after 2020?

My team had gone through 2 or 3 different design proposals until I threw in the wild card watercolor theme. They instantly fell in love with the organic shapes, cute doodle infographics, and charming touches that make the watercolor theme look personal and handmade, but still presented stories and data in a clean way.

I created three print versions - one for the national headquarters, one for their California region, and one for their Lakefront region. All versions are fairly similar, and by clicking the image below, you can view the national version!
